Returns

Cancelling an online purchase of a Softub Spa or Clearlight Sauna must be done in writing within 3 business days of the date of purchase, transaction fees may apply.  There are no returns once the Softub or Sauna has been shipped or delivered.

Chemical and Accessory Returns:

If you wish to return a purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit, exchange or refund within 60 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.  This applies to chemicals/accessories only.

Large quantity purchases and deck orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
